IT'S TAX TIME AGAIN!
We hope you and your family had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
In case you didn't receive my last letter, I want to give you all the information about our new location.
Our new address is: 6793 SW Highway 200, Suite 103, Ocala, FL 34476
You will enter through the door for AFFORDABLE MOVING USA. Jenise is at the reception desk as you enter. If you are just dropping your information off, she can help you.
Please fill out the
DROP OFF FORM attached to this letter and bring it with you. If you would like to see me or Randy, go through the kitchen break room, open the sliding door on the left and my office is right across from the hall. Randy's office is down the hall on the right.
Our
office hours are 10AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. If you want to schedule an appointment with Randy, give me a call
352-861-2000. Our hours are flexible if you need to see us outside regular office hours. If you come to our office after 3PM, the front door may be locked due to Affordable Moving USA closing earlier than we do. This is not a problem. On the wall next to the door is an intercom system. Hold the button down and talk. Randy or I will hear you and come open the door.
If it is more convenient for you, we now have a satellite office located in Belleview staffed by our daughter Denise. As you may know, she does all the bookkeeping and some of the personal tax returns for our clients. Her direct phone number is
